3. Service Access & Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify services to perform maintenance, improve performance, or respond to unforeseen issues.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Most of our services operate on a recurring monthly subscription. Payment is due in advance and is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time unless stated otherwise.

Custom design fees, setup costs, and third-party service costs are non-refundable.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you submit to your website, including reviews, text, images, and contact forms.

7. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, logos, and automation tools we create remain the intellectual property of Honor Bound Digital unless expressly transferred in writing. You may not resell or redistribute them without our permission.

8. AI Tools Disclaimer

Our AI receptionist and automation tools are designed to assist—not replace—your customer communication processes. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI responses. You agree to review your automations regularly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honor Bound Digital shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damagesLoss of business or revenueErrors caused by customer misuse or incomplete setup

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months prior to the incident.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
